Yes, our white-glove delivery service includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture in your room of choice, as well as the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home furnishings?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original condition, and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Custom or 'made-to-order' pieces are generally non-refundable.
Does Sims Furniture provide a warranty on products?
All our furniture comes with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against structural defects. We also offer extended protection plans that cover accidental stains, tears, and damage.
